Challenge
The goal of the project was to adapt our client’s ordering system to the international standard for electronic data interchange – EDIFACT. This facilitated cooperation with the client’s main contractor, and additionally opened business opportunities for cooperation with other recipients of the manufacturer.

Our Solution
Devqube developers have adapted the customer’s ordering system to EDIFACT standards. They also assisted in the implementation process at the client’s. After the implementation is completed, the system is maintained and continuously improved by Devqube specialists in .NET technology. The process of early detection and diagnosis of incorrect information has been tightened. In the case of errors in the data, it is possible to accurately determine whether they are in fact incorrect and where the cause of such a situation lies.
Results
The end result was integration with the main recipient, the possibility of placing orders directly to the client’s system. When placing an order, hints are generated based on the recipient’s current and target stock levels.
